SMS Terms & Conditions — Quoting Fast (Quoting Fast LLC)

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the Quoting Fast text-messaging program operated by Quoting Fast LLC. By providing your mobile number and affirmatively opting in (for example, by checking the SMS consent box on quotingfast.io), you agree to these SMS Terms.

This is a marketing and account-notification program. Quoting Fast uses this SMS channel to communicate with you about the auto-insurance quote you personally requested on quotingfast.io, including quote status, rate updates, reminders, and occasional related offers from Quoting Fast. We do not send third-party offers under this program.

1. Consent & opt-in

You receive messages only after you affirmatively opt in by providing your mobile number on the quote form at quotingfast.io and checking the separate, unchecked SMS consent box. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. The SMS consent checkbox is separate from any other agreement on the form, and the mobile-phone field itself is optional. If you submit the quote form without checking the SMS consent box, you will not be enrolled in SMS.

2. How to opt out (STOP)

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received messages. We also honor UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, and QUIT. After you opt out, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send any additional messages unless you opt in again.

3. How to get help (HELP)

Text HELP for help, or contact us at info@quotingfast.com or (954) 824-2010. Our HELP reply includes our brand name and contact information.

4. Carriers & delivery

Supported carriers include the major U.S. wireless carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is not guaranteed.

5. SMS-only consent scope

SMS / MMS consent under this program is held solely by Quoting Fast LLC. Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are not sold, rented, or shared with any insurance carrier, agent, broker, marketing partner, affiliate, or other third party for those parties to send you SMS or MMS messages. SMS messages you receive from this program come only from Quoting Fast (Quoting Fast LLC) and relate solely to your quote request.

If we share your mobile number with another recipient (for example, an insurance carrier we matched you with), that sharing is for the purpose of voice calls or email only, as separately consented to on the quote form and described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Privacy & data sharing

We will not share or sell your mobile opt-in or SMS consent with any third party or affiliate for their marketing or promotional purposes at any time. We may share your information, including SMS opt-in or consent status, only with vendors that help us deliver the messaging service (such as platform providers and phone companies) under contracts that restrict their use to that purpose. OPT-OUT CONFIRMATION

"Quoting Fast: You're unsubscribed from quote texts and won't receive more messages. Reply START to rejoin."

8. Changes

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised "Last updated" date.
